Stand Desk: Assembly Guide

Stand Desk PRO V2 & Essential V2 Assembly Guide

Step 1 - Components

Unbox the frame, lifting columns and desk top boxes. The frame and lifting columns boxes will have the following components.

Step 2 - Attach Side Beams to Frame Assembly

Please view diagram below. Make sure to use the M8 x 18mm screws shown below.

Step 3 - Line Up Frame On Desktop

Lay the desk top face down so the bolt inserts are showing. Leave on top of the cardboard packaging to avoid any scratches.

Loosen off the 8 bolts in the middle of the frame assembly as shown below so that you can extend the frame assembly out to line up the side beams with the pre-drill bolt inserts to the right and left of the desktop as shown below.

Step 4 - Attach The Frame To The Desktop

Use ten of the M6 x 14mm bolts to attach the frame assembly to the desk top.

Once this is done, tighten the 8 frame assemnbly bolts you loosened off in step 3 as shown below.

Step 5 - Install Desk Legs

Lift up lever as shown in step 1 in the image below. Line up the leg and push into slots.

Plug in the leg cable as shown in step 3 below. Then squeeze in the handle and then push lever down as shown in step 4 below to lock the leg in. You may need to put some force with your body weight to secure the leg in. You will not break them by doing so.

Repeat on the other side.

Step 6 - Install Central Control Box

Click central control box into place as shown below.

Step 7 - Install Control Panel

Install the control panel below using the M4 x 20mm bolts.

Step 8 - Install The Feet

Line up the feet as shown in the diagram below. Pull the lever across firmly to lock the feet into place.

Step 9 - Plug In All Cables

Plug the lifting columns cables, the control panel cable and the power cable into the central control box as shown below.

Step 10 - Install Cable Management Tray and Magnetic Felt Cable Cover

Use three of the M6 x 14mm bolts to install the cable management tray as show below.

Line up and install the magnetic cable cover over the frame assembly as shown below.

Step 11 -Tidy Up Loose Cables & Turn Desk Over

Use the wire management clips to tidy up any loose cables (like the control panel and power cables).

We recommend two people turn the desk upright. Please make sure you turn the desk upright over the back edge (the cable management tray side) so you do not damager the control panel.

We recommend putting a multi plug power board into the cable management tray and plugging the desk plus any other peripherals such as your computer, monitor etc into the multi plug.

That way you only have one cable coming out of your desk to plug into the wall.

Your desk is now ready to use. View our desk user guide here.
