Conditions of Returns & Refunds
We think you are going to love your new Stand Desk. However, if for any reason you do not want to keep your Stand Desk we offer free return shipping and a full refund. This is contingent on the following conditions:
- Your Stand Desk must be returned in “as-new” condition within 10 days of delivery with all original packaging. If it is not in “as-new” condition (or missing the original packaging) we reserve the right to charge you to replace any damaged parts/missing packaging.
- You must adhere to our returns process as outlined below.
Should you wish to return your desk, please email us at [email protected] with your order number. We will contact you to arrange pick up of the desk.
The Stand Desk will need to be dis-assembled and packaged as it arrived in the original packaging.
Following us receiving your returned desk we will inspect the desk and contingent on it being in “as-new” condition and in the original packaging, we will process an immediate full refund of the purchase price.
